Return & Refunds Policy

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE EVERY BURNREX PRODUCT.

If something isn't right we will make it right. Our returns process is simple, straightforward, and built around making your experience with BurnRex as smooth as possible.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items and discounted products
  • Limited drop collection items — all limited drop sales are final
  • Supplements and consumable products once opened
  • Sealed supplements where the safety seal has been broken
  • Underwear and boxer briefs for hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Returning a BurnRex product is simple:

Step 1 — Email us at support@burnrex.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for return
  • A photo of the item if it is faulty or damaged

Step 2 — We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3 — Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as BurnRex is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Step 4 — Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Faulty or incorrect items — BurnRex will cover the return shipping cost in full
  • Wrong item received — BurnRex will cover the return shipping cost in full

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. BurnRex cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

6. EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges on a limited basis subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please contact us at support@burnrex.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that limited drop items cannot be exchanged once the drop has sold out.


7. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item please contact us at support@burnrex.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault or damage
  • Photos showing the fault or damage clearly

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. BurnRex will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.


8. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered please contact us at support@burnrex.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item you received
  • A description of the item you ordered

We will arrange to send the correct item and cover all associated shipping costs.


9. LATE RETURNS

Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. If you are experiencing difficulty returning your item within the 30-day window please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.


10. GIFTS

If you received a BurnRex product as a gift and would like to return it please contact us at support@burnrex.com with your proof of purchase. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.


11. SUPPLEMENTS RETURNS

For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on supplement products that have been opened or where the safety seal has been broken.

Unopened supplements in their original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for supplements are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective supplement product please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
