burnrex.com is operated by BurnRex ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using burnrex.com you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if we believe you are in breach of these terms.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order on burnrex.com you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is charged at the time of checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. BurnRex does not store your card details.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Jungle Collection items: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BurnRex is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. BurnRex is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love every BurnRex product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Sale items and limited drop items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Supplements and consumable products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons

To initiate a return contact us at support@burnrex.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

BurnRex does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item please contact us at support@burnrex.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the fault or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. LIMITED DROP POLICY

BurnRex operates a limited drop model for the Slash Collection, Jungle Collection, and all future collections. Limited drop items are produced in restricted quantities and are not restocked once sold out.

All sales of limited drop items are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns on limited drop items unless the product is faulty.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on burnrex.com including but not limited to the BurnRex name, Slash logo, product designs, photography, graphics, and text is the intellectual property of BurnRex and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any BurnRex content without prior written permission.

10. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLORS

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings
  • Product measurements may vary by 1–3cm due to manual measurement
  • Print saturation on certain products such as socks may appear less vibrant than the design preview

These variations do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a return.

11. SUPPLEMENTS DISCLAIMER

BurnRex supplement products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Do not exceed the recommended dose
  • Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a known medical condition
  • Keep all supplements out of reach of children
  • Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing
  • Store in a cool dry place

BurnRex is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow product guidelines.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
